On August 24, 2024, the signing ceremony of the school-enterprise cooperation agreement was held between Power Star Corporation (hereinafter referred to as JGBR) and Rugao Junior College in Rugao Administrative Service Center.

At the signing ceremony, Zhao Gaoming, Deputy General Manager of JGBR, and Rugao Junior College jointly signed the cooperation agreement, marking the formal establishment of a close partnership between the two sides. We have established a close partnership with many vocational colleges and universities, such as Rugao Junior College, to jointly carry out school-enterprise cooperation and industry-teaching integration programs. By building training bases, jointly developing curricula, implementing the modern apprenticeship system and other modes, we have realized the complementary advantages of educational resources and enterprise resources, and effectively improved the professional skills and vocational qualities of students. At the same time, we also actively absorb outstanding graduates to join the team of JGBR. At present, Rugao Junior College has more than 20 graduates to join us in JGBR, and the company provides them with a broad space for development and a good career growth path.
