Sanhua Group Visits Lixing for a Factory Audit and Inspection
On August 4, a delegation from Sanhua Group visited Lixing’s headquarters to conduct an on-site inspection and assessment of its capabilities in ceramic ball production capacity, quality control, and technology, as well as its R&D and mass-production capabilities for miniature ball screws.
As a global leader in the refrigeration appliance and new-energy vehicle thermal management sectors, Sanhua Group has become a Tier‑1 supplier to leading humanoid robotics companies worldwide, with its product portfolio spanning both rotary and linear actuator categories.
As a leader in the high-precision rolling-element industry, Lixing has been deeply engaged in the precision steel ball and silicon nitride ceramic ball sectors for more than three decades. The company has invested over RMB 200 million in the R&D of silicon nitride ceramic balls and has integrated these lightweight, corrosion‑resistant, high‑temperature‑tolerant ceramic balls into the miniature lead screws of next‑generation humanoid robot dexterous hands, thereby entering the field of embodied intelligence.
During this factory audit, Lixing showcased a full‑stack solution spanning ceramic ball material R&D to customized production of miniature lead screws, which will further strengthen technological collaboration between the two parties in the fields of ceramic balls and precision transmission components.

Schaeffler’s joint review team visited Lixing Ningbo Phase II.
On August 5, Schaeffler’s Global Quality team, the China Automotive Quality team, and the Schaeffler Yinchuan (Ningxia) plant team conducted a joint quality audit at Lixing Ningbo Precision Phase II, paving the way for a new chapter of deeper collaboration.
The review team conducted an in-depth on-site assessment of production processes, quality control, and lean management, laying a solid foundation for mutually beneficial collaboration between the two parties in the fields of new-energy vehicles and high-precision manufacturing.

Nippon Seiko Group is a world-leading bearing manufacturer with a wheel‑hub bearing production facility in Alabama, USA. The two parties are committed to leveraging Lixing’s technological expertise in precision rolling elements and Nippon Seiko’s strong local market position to jointly advance the localization and upgrading of the automotive wheel‑hub supply chain in the Americas.
US NSK/
Lixing Ningbo Phase II is fully supporting the demand of NSK’s North American market.
At NSK in the United States, the two parties have initiated coordination on the Lixing Ningbo Fenghua Phase II Precision Manufacturing Project. This project focuses on the mass production of miniature G3/G5‑grade high‑precision rolling elements, with products widely used in core components such as lead screws and joint modules for humanoid robots.
Lixing will leverage the high-end precision manufacturing capabilities of its Ningbo Phase II facility to fully support NSK’s demand for precision component supply in the Americas market.

Deepen global strategic coordination
On August 4, the team visited NTN in the United States and reached a deep consensus on collaborative global strategic development. As a long-term, stable partner within NTN’s global supply chain system, Lixing has been fully integrated into NTN’s supporting services at its plants in the U.S., Mexico, and other countries.
The two parties will further expand global cooperation in areas such as technological synergy and production capacity deployment.
US SKF Industrial/
Promote the strategic cooperation on CRB rollers for construction machinery.
On August 5, Lixing and SKF’s Americas Industrial Team reached a significant consensus on a strategic partnership for CRB roller products used in construction machinery.
As a core component of construction‑machinery bearings, CRB rollers are widely used in applications subjected to heavy loads and impact stresses. Leveraging Lixing’s technological expertise in precision rollers and SKF’s strong industrial presence in the Americas, the two companies will jointly develop roller‑supply solutions for the North American construction‑machinery market, further strengthening their collaborative footprint in the industrial sector.

On August 7, Lixing and the Schaeffler Mexico team reached a strategic consensus on jointly developing the Latin American market.
As a long-term partner of Schaeffler, Lixing will continue to deepen its business footprint in Latin America, working hand-in-hand with Schaeffler to deliver more efficient and reliable rolling-element solutions to regional customers.
While deepening cooperation with North American customers, the second phase of Nanyang’s digital new plant—focused on the new‑energy vehicle sector—is poised to begin operations, with breakthroughs achieved in key technologies such as lightweight drive shafts and integrated wheel hub bearing units.
The passenger‑car roller project at the Rugao headquarters is advancing in parallel. Our ceramic ball products now boast end‑to‑end industrialization capabilities and are rapidly expanding into downstream applications such as high‑end bearings, new‑energy vehicles, and humanoid robots.
