Lixing Nanyang Phase II Tops Out—A Great Omen


Recently, the second phase of Lixing’s high-end precision rolling-element project in Nanyang was successfully topped out. From the groundbreaking at the beginning of the year to the completion of the main structure, the project has been advancing at an accelerated pace.


The Nanyang Phase II project is located in the Fangcheng County Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, with a total investment of RMB 100 million. It includes the construction of two new precision rolling-element production workshops, totaling 13,980 square meters in floor space, and plans to equip the facility with over 200 units of advanced manufacturing and inspection equipment, such as intelligent grinding machines and surface‑roughness testers, aiming to establish an intelligent, modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing base.


The project is scheduled to commence production in the first quarter of 2027. Upon completion, Lixing’s Nanyang base will serve as a key strategic hub for Central China, with nationwide reach and global connectivity, significantly enhancing the Group’s overall delivery capabilities and enabling it to respond more agilely and reliably to the needs of leading global players in the new‑energy vehicle sector.

The G3/G5‑grade rolling element project at the Rugao base has completed its竣工验收, and relocation is imminent.


The G3/G5‑grade high‑precision rolling element intelligent manufacturing project at Lixing’s Rugao base has successfully passed its completion acceptance, and the relocation process is set to commence.



Located at Lixing’s Rugao headquarters, this project focuses on the new‑energy vehicle and ball‑screw sectors. By upgrading existing facilities with smart technologies and integrating advanced automated production equipment and management systems, it will establish a state‑of‑the‑art intelligent manufacturing workshop for precision steel balls, setting an industry‑leading standard. Upon reaching full capacity, the project will add an annual output of 7,800 tonnes of high‑precision G5/G3‑grade steel balls.

Lixing Group has obtained three authoritative certifications.

Recently, the company has achieved significant milestones across three key areas: quality management, testing capabilities, and energy management.


IATF 16949 Quality Management System Recertification

This standard was developed by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and is a globally recognized benchmark for quality management systems in the automotive supply chain. Building on ISO 9001, it places greater emphasis on defect prevention, process control, and continuous improvement.


This certification once again demonstrates that the Group’s quality management system consistently meets the advanced standards of the international automotive industry, while also laying a solid foundation for the company to continue serving its global automotive supply chain customers over the long term.


CNAS National Laboratory Reassessment

CNAS is the authoritative body authorized by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) to implement the national accreditation system for conformity assessment, and it is also a member of the ILAC and APAC mutual recognition arrangements.


The successful completion of this re‑assessment signifies that the Group’s laboratory management system and technical capabilities continue to meet the requirements of national and international accreditation standards, demonstrating its qualification and competence to conduct testing services in accordance with relevant standards, thereby providing robust technical support for product development, process control, and customer validation.


ISO 50001 Energy Management System Certification


The certification covers the entire production process of precision rolling elements, as well as the management of energy use in auxiliary and ancillary production systems. This achievement marks the Group’s alignment of its energy management practices with international standards, laying a solid institutional foundation and providing robust managerial safeguards to sustain the transition toward green and low‑carbon operations and to reduce the carbon footprint of its products.

Lixing visited Schaeffler’s Yinchuan facility, deepening cooperation to jointly tap into emerging markets.


On August 24, the Lixing team visited Schaeffler’s Yinchuan facility.



Schaeffler is a world-leading bearing manufacturer, with three major brands: INA, FAG, and LuK. The Yinchuan plant serves as a key production hub in China for high-end automotive and industrial bearings. Since commencing operations in 2002, it has primarily manufactured deep groove ball bearings and precision bearings for automotive applications.


Lixing and Schaeffler have maintained a close cooperative relationship for more than a decade, with their collaboration expanding from supplying traditional precision steel balls to new‑energy vehicles, wind power, and other emerging sectors. During this on‑site visit, the two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as emerging market demands, technological synergy, and production capacity integration.
