The stars shine brilliantly—let’s embark on a new journey together.
Recently, the Lixing Group held its grand New Year’s Gala at its headquarters in Rugao, with simultaneous online participation from its Nanyang and Ningbo branches.
All the Li Xing people gathered together to celebrate this grand occasion, bidding farewell to the hardworking and striving year of 2025 amid laughter and applause, and confidently stepping into the promising year of 2026.
President’s Address: Looking Ahead to a Vast and Distant Journey
The annual meeting kicked off in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Mr. Shi Bo, Group President, took the stage to deliver a speech, reviewing the group’s steady progress and innovative breakthroughs achieved in 2025. He elaborated on the group’s “three-dimensional strategy,” which is centered around “deepening our core business, fostering industrial synergy, and nurturing cutting-edge incubation.”
Over the past year, we have successively established Newqi Robotics and the joint venture Ji You Li Xing, successfully positioning ourselves in the emerging field of embodied intelligence.
The Phase II project of Lixing Jinyan has been completed and is expected to begin production in the second half of the year.
The second-phase Nanyang project is steadily advancing, and the foundation of production capacity continues to be strengthened.
New Year: Localization projects in Europe, Japan, and Mexico are advancing in parallel, and the industry’s inflection point has already emerged.
Looking ahead to 2026, the Group will continue to focus on its three core strategies—“technological innovation, talent development, and quality enhancement”—and comprehensively promote industrial upgrading, striving to become a leading global manufacturer of rolling elements with strong competitive edge.

At the annual meeting, the group solemnly honored the outstanding teams and individuals who emerged in 2025. Awards including “Advanced Work Team,” “Model Worker,” “Outstanding Party Member,” “Quality Pioneer,” and “Annual Advanced Individual” were presented one after another.
Outstanding representatives from various fronts—including production, R&D, and management—took to the stage to receive awards. With their exceptional achievements and dedicated spirit, they have set a benchmark for all Lixing employees to follow, embodying the core values of steadfast commitment to quality, relentless innovation, and loyal responsibility.

The dinner banquet became a stage for Lixing employees to showcase their talents and enthusiasm. The performances—featuring songs, dances, skits, and other acts—all written and directed by the employees themselves—were brilliantly diverse and captivating. Meanwhile, several rounds of lucky draws interspersed throughout the event sent the entire venue into a frenzy.
The group’s senior management team brought the atmosphere to a climax with a heartfelt and powerful collective poetry recitation of “The Light of Lixing,” using their voices to unite everyone in a shared determination to move forward together and forge a bright future.

A spectacular “Drumming and Screen Interaction” performance kicked off the gala. The skits “News Gone Wild” and “The Sequel to Empress Zhen Huan” were packed with hilarious moments, while the “Three-Verse Half-Song” act was brimming with fun and wit. The poetry recitation “Only When Hearts Are Together Can We Be a True Team” was deeply moving and heartfelt.

The opening dance, "Golden Dragon Dance," is joyous and festive.
The themed performance “Riding the Wind: The Power of Galloping” showcases a spirited and determined attitude; the skit “Safe Production” combines education with entertainment; and the three-line rhyming poem “Unity from Top to Bottom in Our Company” expresses the heartfelt sentiment of solidarity.
The interactive game “Wearing Floral Pants” was incredibly fun, and the group sing-alongs of “Grateful Heart” and “Blooming Along the Way” were deeply heartfelt. The entire event was vibrant and full of energy, fueled by an enthusiastic atmosphere of raffle draws.
Although this New Year’s celebration took on different forms, it was equally exciting and collectively showcased Lixing’s outstanding talent, unity, and a spirit of proactive advancement.
