On September 17, the Group’s Ningbo Branch successfully completed the recertification audit of its IATF 16949 quality management system and established rigorous quality control standards that cover the entire process—from supplier management to final product inspection. This successful recertification provides robust systemic assurance for the Ningbo facility to take on additional orders for precision rolling elements.

The Board of Directors of Jiyousheng held a meeting at the headquarters of Jiyou Machinery.
On September 22, the board of directors of Jiyou Lixing convened at the headquarters of Shanghai Electric Jiyou Machinery in Shanghai. Jiyou Lixing was established through joint investment by Lixing Shares, Shanghai Jiyou, Shanghai United, and Shanghai Gaoxing. The company focuses on developing products across the upstream and downstream segments of the new‑energy vehicle, automation equipment, and robotics industries, while leveraging the international channels of all parties to jointly tap key overseas markets such as Europe and North America.
The meeting held a dedicated discussion on strategies for expanding into the European market and on the mass-production plan for the ball-screw production line at the Rugao base.

Xinqi Robotics and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Huzhou City Conduct a Field Assessment of the Plan for Localizing Embodied Intelligence Production Capacity.
On September 23, Shanghai Xinqi Robotics and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Huzhou City conducted a fact-finding visit and exchanged views on plans to localize the production capacity of embodied intelligence.
Leveraging Lixing Shares’ extensive expertise in precision rolling elements, Xinqi Robotics focuses on core components such as humanoid robot joint modules and has established four major product lines: rotary joint modules, miniature ceramic ball screw drives, reverse planetary roller screw drives, and aerospace‑grade specialized transmission systems. 。
At present, Huzhou is advancing the development of the Yangtze River Delta Embodied Intelligence Industrial Park, and the two parties have discussed potential applications for production capacity as well as collaborative models.

NTN’s European wheel hub localization project has officially launched.
On September 24, NTN’s European automotive wheel hub localization project was officially launched. This project represents a localized collaboration between Lixing and NTN in the European automotive wheel‑hub supply chain. Following its launch, it will further support the partner in achieving localized sourcing and upgrading product quality.

Lixing Jinyan Held a Firefighting Skills Competition
Recently, the Fenghua Emergency Management Bureau of Ningbo City organized a skills competition for the micro‑firefighting teams of key enterprises within its jurisdiction.
The Lixing Jinyan team secured second place in the team standings; in three individual events, they claimed first, second, and third places, respectively.
