Group President Holds Meeting with Adrian, Global Procurement Director at Dauch


On April 10, Shi Bo, President of Lixing Group, held talks in Shanghai with Mr. Adrian Paczos, Global Procurement Director of Dauch Corporation (formerly GKN China Investment Co., Ltd.). Wu Xianghui, Head of Sales for the Group, and other representatives accompanied him.


During the meeting, President Shi engaged in an in-depth exchange of views with Adrian on future business synergy under the new platform, supply-chain optimization, and expansion into emerging fields.


As long-term strategic partners, Lixing Group and GKN have maintained a stable cooperative relationship for many years. Under the new framework established by Dauch Corporation, the two parties will continue to deepen mutual trust and promote mutually beneficial development.

Group President Meets with Kase Kiyohide, NTN China’s New Procurement Director


On April 9, Shi Bo, President of Lixing Group, held talks in Shanghai with Kiyohide Kasai, NTN China’s newly appointed Director of Procurement.


During the meeting, Shi Bo extended his congratulations and warm welcome to Mr. Kase on his appointment. The two sides reviewed more than two decades of cooperation, engaged in in-depth discussions on deepening cooperative models and expanding into emerging application areas, and reached broad consensus.

The 9th Employees’ Congress of Lixing Group Concludes Successfully


On April 13, the Ninth Congress of Employee (Member) Representatives of Lixing Group was successfully held in Conference Room No. 4 of the company. The meeting was chaired by Company Leader Tang Guohua and Union Chairman He Haihang, bringing together more than 100 employee representatives from all departments to deliberate on major development strategies. The congress was conducted in strict accordance with the system of employee representative assemblies, effectively safeguarding employees’ lawful exercise of their democratic rights.




The meeting reviewed and approved several important reports.


The delegates carefully listened to and approved the “Report on Administrative Work for 2022–2025,” the “Report on Trade Union Work for the Eighth Term,” as well as the explanatory notes on the revisions and supplements to various rules and regulations, including the “Regulations on Enterprise Management,” the “Employee Handbook,” and the “Code of Employee Conduct.”



In his administrative work report, President Shi Bo provided a comprehensive review of the company’s achievements in production, operations, innovation, and other areas over recent years, and outlined the company’s goals for the next three years.



A new trade union committee has been democratically elected.


The congress fully upheld democratic principles and elected the Ninth Trade Union Committee, the Financial Audit Committee, the Women Workers’ Committee, and the Regulations Implementation Committee, thereby injecting new vitality into the trade union’s work.


The conference called on all delegates to take the spirit of the meeting back to their respective posts, to be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to unite all employees in striving hard, and to make new contributions to achieving the company’s three-year goals and five-year plan and to writing a new chapter in the corporate journey toward realizing the “Chinese Dream” and the “Lixing Dream.”
