On March 31, Shi Bo, President of Lixing Group, led a delegation to visit NTN’s headquarters in Japan to discuss the establishment of Lixing Japan. Going forward, the company will establish a direct supply network for Japan’s leading bearing and ball-screw customers, thereby enhancing the efficiency of its localized services.
Two Major Key Projects Under Concurrent Development
In 2026, the Group will focus on strengthening its core business, deepening industrial synergy, and proactively positioning itself in emerging sectors, while accelerating the construction of two key projects: the Rugao headquarters and the Nanyang Phase II project.
The Rugao Headquarters Ultra-Precision Boutique Workshop specializes in precision machine tool applications for the Japanese market. ， A temperature-controlled dedicated production line and a 100,000-level cleanroom will be constructed, establishing a high-precision manufacturing process system. Nanyang Phase II Expansion Project Targets New Energy Applications in the Automotive Sector This will enable the stable, mass production of high-precision products in grades G10 to G16.
Two major projects will commence construction concurrently, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of this year and formal production scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2027. Upon commissioning, these projects will provide robust support for the company’s long-term development in high-end bearings, precision manufacturing, and cutting-edge applications.
Lixing New Energy and the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Jointly Promote Ceramics Downstream Industrial Applications of Rolling Elements
On March 25, Dr. Liu Yang and Dr. Hu Guodong from the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, together with Chief Engineer Gao Bing from the Qingdao High-End Bearing Research Institute, paid a visit to Lixing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Lixing possesses end-to-end industrialization capabilities for ceramic rolling elements, while the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences boasts profound scientific research expertise.
As a continuation of the strategic cooperation between the two parties, this visit focused on exploring the downstream applications of ceramic rolling elements in high-end bearings, new-energy vehicles, humanoid robots, and other industries. The two sides exchanged views and reached consensus on matters such as enhancing supply-chain integration and supporting infrastructure.
The ultra-precision workshop equipment at Lixing Ningbo has completed commissioning and has entered the small-batch production phase.
The Lixing Ningbo Ultra-Precision Workshop will primarily serve the Japanese market for precision machine tool applications, while collaborating with the Rugao base to create coordinated production capacity across the East China region.
