The G3-grade steel balls from Lixing Ningbo Phase II’s ultra-precision digital workshop have officially rolled off the production line!

On March 24, the second-phase ultra-precision digital workshop at Lixing’s Ningbo Intelligent Manufacturing Base witnessed a historic moment: the first G3-grade steel ball rolled off the production line.
As a key component of Lixing Group’s high-end manufacturing strategy, the Phase II project at the Ningbo base is focused on the R&D and production of ultra-precision steel balls.
The new workshop integrates a more advanced, intelligent manufacturing and inspection system, enabling end-to-end closed-loop control from raw materials to finished products and providing a solid guarantee for the efficient and stable mass production of G3-grade products.
G3-grade steel balls are critical components for core assemblies such as humanoid robot ball screws, joint modules, and gearbox bearings. The official commissioning of the second-phase production line not only signifies a comprehensive upgrade of the Ningbo facility in the field of ultra-precision machining, but also underscores Lixing’s resolute commitment to domesticating key foundational components.
Lixing Group’s Second Walking Event Concludes Successfully
On March 21, as the spring breeze blew gently and nature came back to life, Lixing Group’s second Healthy Walk event was successfully held at Longyou Lake Park in Rugao. More than a hundred employees from the headquarters and its subsidiaries were randomly divided into six teams, embarking on a 5-kilometer loop around the lake to showcase their vitality through walking and to strengthen team cohesion through collaboration.
After a brief check-in and warm-up, everyone was energized and ready to go.
Icebreaker games like “Peach Blossoms Bloom” and “Balloon Battle” quickly brought everyone closer. The half-way jump-rope challenge and the return-leg brain teasers tested teamwork and trust.
After all participants crossed the finish line, the six teams gathered in front of the check-in wall for a group photo, bringing this event to a perfect close.
This is not only a physical stretch but also a spiritual connection. Lixing Group will continue to embrace the spirit of “uniting our strengths to embrace innovation and forging ahead without pause,” working hand in hand with all employees to stride into an even brighter future.
Lixing Group and Renben He Xie Jointly Explore a New Chapter of Cooperation in 2026
On March 19, Shi Bo, President of Lixing Group, led a delegation to visit and exchange views at the Anhui Yide Park of Renben Hexie. During the meeting with Chen Liuqiang, Chairman of Renben Hexie, and Xu Li, Director of Procurement, the two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on future cooperation directions and jointly advanced the strategic cooperation plan for 2026.
Since the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement in August 2024, Lixing has maintained close collaboration with Renben and Xie. As a leader in bearing R&D and manufacturing, Renben and Xie boast deep industry expertise and significant technological advantages. This visit and exchange represent a continuation of the strong cooperative relationship between the two parties and mark a new phase of deeper, more pragmatic strategic synergy.
