2026 Year 1 Moon 8 On [date], Jiangsu Jili Precision Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture established by Lixing Shares and Shanghai Electric Jiyou, was officially inaugurated in Rugao. Chen Hui, General Manager of Shanghai Jiyou Mingyu, Shi Xianggui, Chairman of Jiangsu Lixing, Shi Bo, General Manager of Jiangsu Lixing Group, along with all members of the joint venture’s board of directors and some shareholders, attended the ceremony.
Jiangsu Jili is dedicated to the R&D and large-scale production of high-performance transmission components for automobiles and robots. It represents a key strategic move by Lixing Group within the embodied intelligence industrial chain, marking significant progress in the group’s efforts to build a self-reliant and controllable core component ecosystem.
Collaborative Layout: Enhancing Hardware Infrastructure Capabilities
This unveiling marks an important step for Lixing Group in its ongoing efforts to promote industrial synergy in the field of embodied intelligence. Also launched at the same time is Shanghai Xinqi Robotics Co., Ltd., which is similarly located in Rugao and specializes in joint modules and rotary components. The two companies complement each other in terms of product portfolios and technological approaches, jointly strengthening the group’s strategic positioning in key underlying hardware capabilities.
Building a closed loop: From R&D to scalable manufacturing
The launch of the Rugao production base has effectively bridged the gap between technology R&D and large-scale manufacturing. Equipped with automated production lines and a high-standard testing system, the base possesses the capability to manufacture core components in large volumes with high consistency, providing stable support for product engineering and market application.
At the ceremony, Shi Bo, General Manager of Jiangsu Lixing Group, stated: “R&D needs to be supported by industrialization, and large-scale production in turn fuels technological innovation. The Rugao base will take on the dual role of manufacturing and process R&D, thereby promoting the coordinated development of technology and systems.”

Through the collaboration between Jiangsu Jili and New Q Robotics, Lixing Group has completed the development of core capabilities at the underlying layer of embodied intelligent hardware. This strategic move not only enhances the group’s technological added value within the industrial chain but also lays a solid foundation for future expansion into higher-value segments such as complete machine integration and system solutions.
With the official launch of Jiangsu Jili, Lixing Group’s industrialization journey in the field of embodied intelligence will enter a phase of full-scale acceleration.
