Lixing Group joins hands with Shanghai Electric Jiyou Mingyu to establish a joint venture.

On the afternoon of September 16, Lixing Group and Shanghai Electric Jiyu Mingyu held a signing ceremony for the establishment of their joint venture.
The two sides will engage in close cooperation in emerging fields such as new-energy vehicles, automation, and robotics, and will actively explore key international markets including Europe and North America, jointly building a high-end transmission components brand from China.

Ding Yuqing, Executive Director and General Manager of Shanghai Jiyou Mingyu, Xue Yu, Director of the Management Committee of the Rugao High-tech Zone in Jiangsu Province, and Shi Xianggui, Chairman of Lixing Group, signed an agreement.
Leaders from the Rugao Municipal Party Committee, Zhou Yu, Chairman of the China Bearing Industry Association, and representatives from Shanghai Jiyou Mingyu, among other relevant leaders, jointly witnessed this important moment.

Strong alliance, anchoring a new track.
Shanghai Jiyou Mingyu, affiliated with Shanghai Electric—a subsidiary of China National Equipment Manufacturing Group—specializes in the manufacturing of mechanical basic components. Its business covers multiple sectors, including high-end equipment, blades, transmission components, fasteners, and more. The company offers end-to-end service capabilities, from R&D to comprehensive solutions.

Lixing Group has partnered with Shanghai Jiyou Mingyu to establish Jiyou Lixing Shanghai Technology Co., Ltd. The company’s primary business includes the design, manufacturing, and sales of transmission components. The first-phase investment amounts to 100 million RMB, and the overall project is planned in three phases. Leveraging the complementary strengths of both parties—such as resource sharing, industrial chain synergy, and market-oriented operations—Lixing Group and Shanghai Jiyou Mingyu will jointly promote the internationalization of high-end transmission component products.

At the ceremony, the participating parties engaged in in-depth exchanges on their work. Secretary Wang Minghao, representing the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, welcomed the arrival of the delegation from Shanghai Electric Jiyu Mingyu and congratulated them on the successful signing of the project.
He pointed out that the recent cooperation and signing of an agreement between Lixing Group and Shanghai Electric Jiyu Mingyu will undoubtedly create a positive synergy, with each party leveraging the other’s strengths. He expressed hope that both sides will forge an even closer and more in-depth cooperative relationship, jointly expand their local industrial presence, enhance their international competitiveness, and open up new horizons for the development of emerging industries.

Shi Xianggui, Chairman of Lixing Group, expressed his gratitude to the city leaders for their attention and support of this event. He provided a detailed introduction to Lixing Group’s proactive efforts in areas such as industrial layout, intelligent manufacturing, and diversified development.
This signing marks an important milestone in the deepened cooperation between the two parties. He expressed his hope that, taking this signing as an opportunity, Lixing Group would leverage its supply-chain synergy advantages to jointly explore new overseas markets with Shanghai Jiyou Mingyu, thereby enhancing the market competitiveness of China’s high-end transmission components.

In his speech, Ding Yuqing outlined the latest progress made by Jiyou Mingyu in areas such as technological innovation, industrial collaboration, and market development. He emphasized that Lixing Group’s deep industry experience, efficient supply chain system, and extensive overseas marketing expertise will provide solid support for developing high-end transmission components that meet national strategic needs. Together, they will tap into the European and North American markets, helping the precision manufacturing sector achieve technological breakthroughs and undergo transformative upgrades.
This signing marks not only a crucial step for Lixing Group in the fields of new-energy vehicles, automation, and intelligent robotics manufacturing, but also signifies that both parties will jointly explore a new path of high-quality development centered on end-to-end, high-end precision manufacturing.
