On April 29, 2025, at the annual Strategic Partner Summit of NATEF (hereinafter referred to as SDS), a global leader in the automotive transmission industry, JGBR Group (hereinafter referred to as JGBR) was awarded the "Outstanding Quality Award" for its exceptional product quality and comprehensive, end-to-end quality management capabilities. This honor not only recognizes JGBR’s outstanding quality strategy but also marks a significant milestone in the joint efforts of both parties to build high-quality, collaborative synergy across the industrial chain.
Building Quality from the Ground Up: The Artisanal Dedication Behind the Numbers
As the only national-level specialized, sophisticated, and new enterprise in the global rolling element industry to have consecutively won the “Manufacturing Single Champion” title for five consecutive terms, JGBR has embedded the philosophy of “Quality is Dignity” into its very DNA over the past 37 years. Faced with increasingly stringent quality standards in the automotive components industry, JGBR has consistently made “zero defects in quality” its core objective. Since our collaboration began, we have achieved a key product batch pass rate of 99.98%, and customer complaint rates have declined year after year, establishing JGBR as an industry benchmark for quality.
Collaborative Win-Win: "Quality Resonance" with SDS
As a globally leading supplier of drivetrain systems, GKN is renowned throughout the industry for its rigorous supply-chain audits. For 23 years, JGBR has worked closely with SDS and consistently received high praise from SDS for its stable quality and on-time deliveries. This award further underscores JGBR’s comprehensive recognition for its rapid responsiveness and delivery reliability. 
Xu Wengang, Deputy General Manager of Quality at JGBR Group, and Yang Yunfeng, Head of Domestic Sales at the Group, attended the event on behalf of the company. During their acceptance speech, they stated: “This honor belongs to every Lixing employee who remains steadfast on the production line—and even more so, it reflects the trust and cooperation from SDS. We will always prioritize ‘customer satisfaction’ and continue to deliver smarter, more reliable solutions, creating value for our global partners.”
With the JGBR Nanyang plant going into operation at the end of 2024, the Nanyang plant will directly serve SDS’s Wuhan, Changchun, and Chongqing factories. The JGBR Rugao plant will continue to serve SDS’s Zhoupu, Kangqiao, and Pinghu facilities. The new JGBR Mexico plant will also, in the future, directly supply GKN Mexico, the U.S., and Latin America. Meanwhile, JGBR Poland will provide GKN Europe with direct, localized solutions.
