Leaders from Fenghua District Visit Lixing Group Headquarters: Government and Enterprises Join Hands to Build a New High Ground for Quality-Driven Productivity in Ningbo

On March 18, 2025, Wu Peidong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Fenghua District Party Committee and Deputy District Mayor of Ningbo City; Wang Shaojun, Deputy Director of the District Government Office; Hu Yaoyao, Director of the District Investment Promotion Center; Han Jiakan, Director of Shangtian Subdistrict; as well as representatives from the Economic Development Zone, the Yangtze River Delta Talent Office, and the District Government Office, visited the headquarters of Lixing Group for an inspection and research visit. During the visit, they engaged in in-depth discussions on new approaches to promoting high-quality development of advanced manufacturing through government-enterprise collaboration. The visit was centered around the theme “Rugao-Fenghua: Industrial Linkage—Lixing Acts as a Regional Bridge,” with a focus on collaborative innovation across industrial chains and the deep integration of industry, academia, and research.

Strengthen cross-regional collaboration to fortify industrial chains and jointly forge a new blueprint for advanced manufacturing.
During the research visit, a delegation of leaders from Fenghua District focused on examining Lixing Group’s core technologies and industrial chain layout in the field of rolling element applications for industrial transmission. They also visited upstream and downstream partner enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region, gaining an in-depth understanding of innovative achievements in areas such as rolling element material R&D and high-end equipment manufacturing. As a key link connecting the industrial collaboration between Rugao and Fenghua, Lixing Group has fully leveraged its technological leadership to help the two regions build an integrated industrial ecosystem spanning “R&D—manufacturing—application.” 
The Fenghua District Government and Lixing Group are actively exploring how to align policies with emerging industries—such as ball screws for automotive steering systems and planetary roller screws for humanoid robots—in the third phase of Lixing Fenghua Jinyan (currently under planning). They aim to accelerate technology transfer by tailoring policies to these new sectors and to promote the joint establishment of industry-academia-research platforms between local Ningbo universities and Lixing Jinyan. 
The second phase of the Jin Yan project is being advanced at full speed, simultaneously tackling key project challenges and expanding into new markets.
As an important strategic foothold for Lixing Group’s expansion into Ningbo, the Fenghua Jinyan Phase II project officially kicked off earlier this month. The project team has now successfully obtained the construction permit and has completed site leveling, quality inspection of the construction work, road hardening, well drilling and water pumping, as well as the full-scale commencement of pile foundation works. At the same time, efforts to develop new customers on the market side are also underway, laying a solid customer base for the full-scale release of Phase II production capacity.
This collaboration between government and enterprises marks the beginning of a new stage in the partnership between Lixing Group and Fenghua District—moving toward "jointly pursuing innovation and jointly fostering an ecosystem."
