On March 6, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the second-phase project of Jin Yan Precision Rolling Elements, under Lixing Group, was solemnly held in Fenghua, Zhejiang Province. As the only publicly listed company in China specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of rolling elements (stock code: 300421), Lixing Group is driven by innovation and is embarking on a new chapter in the intelligent manufacturing of high-end precision rolling elements.

Ultra-precision G3/G5-grade rolling elements fill the domestic production gap.
The second-phase project of Jinyan Precision Rolling Elements, whose foundation was laid this time, has a total investment of 129.3542 million yuan and is planned to cover a construction area of 11,600 square meters. The project will feature intelligent workshops, optimized logistics layouts, and enhanced overall production efficiency. Upon completion, Jinyan’s product lineup will encompass the entire range of micro and small rolling elements, from Φ0.6 mm to 9.525 mm, further solidifying Lixing Group’s global competitiveness in the fields of miniature, silent, and ultra-high-precision rolling elements.
The Phase II project of Jinyan focuses on achieving breakthroughs in the large-scale production of ultra-precision rolling elements at G3 and G5 levels, filling a domestic capability gap and supporting the development of high-end manufacturing sectors such as semiconductor equipment, medical robots, and precision instruments, thereby breaking free from the situation where high-end precision components are dependent on imports.

Export to Japan, Europe, and the U.S., and build a global premium brand.
After the second-phase project of Jinyan Precision Rolling Elements goes into operation, Lixing Group will have achieved a super-capacity of 30 billion ultra-small, quiet steel balls per year, marking a transformation from “mid-to-low-end scale expansion” to “high-end quality leadership.” With products featuring higher precision and lower noise levels, the “Jinyan” brand will closely align with international market demands, expand its export share in premium markets such as Japan, Europe, and the U.S., and wholeheartedly build itself into a globally leading rolling-element technology brand.

At the groundbreaking ceremony The event was jointly witnessed by heads of relevant business units of Lixing Group, Wu Peidong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Fenghua District Party Committee and Deputy District Mayor, Du Zhongquan and Zhou Kaibo, Vice Chairpersons of the Standing Committee of the Fenghua District People’s Congress, Xu Zhifeng, Director of the District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Wang Zhiming, Director of the District Bureau of Science and Technology, as well as leading officials from Shangtian Subdistrict and representatives from the media. Shi Xianggui, Chairman of Lixing Group, stated: “The commencement of infrastructure construction for the second phase of the Ningbo Fenghua Jinyan Project marks a crucial step in the Group’s industrial layout under our ‘miniaturization strategy.’ We will take ‘intelligentization, greening, and internationalization’ as our development directions, ensuring that the voice of China’s advanced manufacturing in precision rolling elements resonates loudly on the global stage!”

Lixing Group will continue to drive innovation and rely on its advanced manufacturing system to meticulously build a high-end rolling element technology brand, positioning “Jinyan” as the group’s technological moat in the field of high-end micro- and small-scale precision manufacturing. Groundbreaking has already begun; Phase II of Jinyan is expected to be completed by year-end and officially commence production in April 2026.
