“Smartly Pioneering Central China—United in Heart and Strength—Lixing Group’s Nanyang Base Officially Opens with Great Fanfare!”

On December 18, the opening ceremony for “Smartly Pioneering Central China, Working Together in Unity”—marking the launch of Lixing Group’s Nanyang Base—was successfully held in Nanyang City, Henan Province! Representatives from the China National Machinery Industry Federation, China National Machinery Industry Corporation, the Academy of Science and Technology, the China Bearing Industry Association, the Municipal Party Committee and Government of Rugao, the Municipal Party Committee and Government of Nanyang, the County Party Committee and Government of Fangcheng, as well as domestic and international industry clients and partners, gathered together to witness Lixing Group’s strategic deployment of its northern base and to discuss the future development of the bearing industry.
The completion of the new Nanyang base marks an important milestone in Lixing Group’s 2030 strategy of “regionalization and localized northern deployment.” Once fully operational, it will become a full-value-chain service center for local markets, serving sectors such as drive shafts, wheel hubs, rail transit, and construction machinery.
This event has also received strong support and attention from governments at all levels. Mr. Yang Shuguang, Vice Mayor of Nanyang and a member of the CPC, and Mr. He Yijun, Secretary of the CPC Municipal Committee of Rugao, attended the opening ceremony of Lixing’s new base in Nanyang.

At the celebratory ceremony, Lixing Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Luoyang Bearing Co., Ltd. and Harbin Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

At the manufacturing facility of Lixing Group’s new Nanyang base, the group continues to significantly increase its investment in digitalization and intelligent technologies, dramatically elevating its level of smart manufacturing. The facility has achieved full coverage of unmanned operations—from AGV logistics and intelligent warehouse inbound and outbound processes to shelf placement and vehicle loading. Furthermore, automated inspection and automatic loading/unloading are being implemented, enabling digital system control over the entire product manufacturing process and realizing intelligent production.
