On November 28, the 19th "2024 China International Bearing and Specialized Equipment Exhibition," a four-day event, came to a close at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Against the backdrop of a global economy entering a phase of structural adjustment and multifaceted geopolitical dynamics, this year's Shanghai Bearing Fair attracted enthusiastic participation from industry players. Companies from Europe and the U.S., Japan, Southeast Asia, and South Korea—as well as a large number of domestic bearing manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and instrument and meter makers—gathered together to showcase cutting-edge technologies for the future and discuss prospects for industry development.
Jiangsu Lixing Universal Group is a vice-chairman unit of the National Bearing Association, and Lixing Shares has been deeply engaged in the rolling element industry for over three decades. At this exhibition, the JGBR team made a grand debut, showcasing its three major product lines: ceramic balls, rollers, and steel balls. The company highlighted applications across a wide range of industries, including automotive and new energy, construction machinery, precision machine tool spindles, electric motors, aerospace, medical equipment, wind power, and rail transit. We would like to introduce Lixing’s newly completed Northern Base for wheel hubs and drive shafts in Nanyang, as well as the Ningbo Ultra-Precision Machine Tool Spindle and New Energy Phase II projects scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, the Monterrey Automotive and Construction Machinery Latin America Base in Mexico planned for completion by the end of 2026, and our ongoing plans to establish what will become the world’s largest and most comprehensive base for tapered and cylindrical roller bearings. 
On the product line and new technology front, JGBR is particularly recommending its fully self-developed ceramic ball products—two years into R&D and soon to enter mass production, with a major market launch scheduled for early 2025. These ceramic balls boast unique performance characteristics: high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high rotational speeds, all backed by Lixing Rolling Element’s many years of accumulated expertise and experience in precision grinding. Drawing on the entire group’s deep-rooted strengths, JGBR is wholeheartedly nurturing this new ceramic ball product, which holds great potential to bring about disruptive innovation in application areas such as new-energy passenger vehicles, precision machine tool spindles, and fluid vacuum pumps.

We translated abstract technical terms into clear, easy-to-understand operational guidelines and provided realistic projections of potential benefits, ensuring that every visitor left the event fully equipped—with the “optimal solution” tailored to their specific development goals. 
During the exhibition, the JGBR team had extensive discussions with key customers, potential partners, industry leaders, government representatives, and suppliers about future collaboration. They thoroughly exchanged views on industry and market synergy in the bearing sector, strategic partnerships, and other areas of mutual cooperation, and engaged in in-depth discussions on how to further enhance future collaboration.
